Hospitality: Singapore restaurant refuses to hand over credit card approval slip
Rouge Outdoor, a popular restaurant in Singapore's Emerald Hill / Orchard Road, refused to hand to a customer his copy of a VISA approval slip printed by a CitiBank merchant terminal. The reason? The card holder refused to allow his card to be double-swiped.
