Travel: USA's TSA bans toner cartridges
Air travellers to and from the USA, including transit, with immediate effect, are no longer permitted to carry - in checked luggage or hand-luggage - any toner cartridge of weighing one pound (453gms) or more according to an order from the Transportation Security Agency (TSA).
