US based 3PAR has appointed Singapore's PTC System (S) Pte Ltd to be its sales distributor in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia for its range of storage products.

PTC will sell the complete range of 3PAR hardware and software products, including the 3PAR InServ(R) T- Class Storage Server with Thin Built In(TM), 3PAR Thin Provisioning, and 3PAR Dynamic Optimisation and provide support services.
The products are specifically designed to aid companies with utility storage and cloud computing systems.
"Customers in [South East] Asia are facing the same challenges encountered by enterprises across the globe, such as the need to reduce costs, shrink datacenter footprint, ease data management, and speed time to resolution in support situations," said SS Lim, PTC's Managing Director.
