Comms: Malaysian Mobile Telco implements secure SMS - for some

The service, from the USA's CellTrust Corp uses patent pending tech for customers that have wither a dedicated or hosted SMS service and can therefore be integrated into their own enterprise infrastructure.

According to CellTrust, the system provides "

• Communication over SMS control channel (resilient and supported by all global operators)

• Optional message archiving for reporting and compliancy
• PIN access control to SecureSMS application
• Separate secured contact list with import capability
• Integration with CellTrust SecureSMS Gateway, accessing over 200 countries
