The company, based in Rochdale, carried on business as a supplier of solar panels and wind turbines and dealt with customers throughout the UK. The petition to wind up the company was presented on 15 March 2010 following an investigation carried out by Company Investigations under section 447 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended).
