A police patrol came across a man who claimed he had popped out from the "job site" he was working on to pick up "lunch, sodas and whatnot." Whoever sent him has the potential for a massive vicarious liability suit unless they can prove he was on a frolic of his own. But, surely, no one could be this dumb?
