Well, it's not too surprising that Brawn isn't ultra happy: despite his cars being passed as legal by the stewards, Ferrari, Red Bull and Renault have appealed that decision.
The FIA, which has a consistent history of finding in favour of Ferrari applications, will hear the appeal on 14th April.
The risk for Brawn, and the other teams with split diffusers, Toyota and Williams, is that any points they gain in Australia and Malaysia may be stripped away.
